Looking JS function which convert BR tag to DIV tag.

I am looking a JS function can convert BR tags to DIV tags.

For example :

LINE One<BR>
Line Two<BR>

Then convert to

<DIV>LINE One</DIV>
<DIV>Line Two</DIV>
